| The "DX-cinting group" was born in our Dx-pedition to Azores Islands in July 2006, but the principal idea and objectives was created by Marq CT1BWW and Juan Carlos Ea2RC in their Dx-pedition to SAHARA in 2003 and just started in PY0F Fernando de Noronha 2005 adventure. In desember 2005 in Girona at URE Hamvention enter the third member, EA·GHZ John, a young ideas for the group. the 3 members and XYL start the first adventure together to the Azores archipelago and born the name of the group and the idea for create this DX group with this ideas: |

DXCITING Group isn't a closed members club, we are a group of HAM people who like's to share with our XYL this concepts: friendly, adventures, holidays, nature, and radio of course (pile-ups, Dx ... , all together for enjoy a lot, a new idea for do radio!!!! Our objectives are: 1) - Promote and preserve the DX and Ham radio,protect the origins, and transmit in all the HAM bands HF from 10 to 160 mts. and all modes. 2) - Play and test with equipments and antennas and learn more and more, for future projects and adventures. And the most important do QRM!!! in all the bands for show the HAM radio is live !! protect the HAM radio and it never disapear. 3) - Help to everbody who would participate in a Dx-pedition, friend-ly, family Dx-peditions with low costs and little equipments, to everyone know all is posible, and comparate and live how a Big dx-pedition and can get the same emotions and feelings. 4) - Travel, learn, know and protect all the places visited, his peoples, his nature, landscapes, live, fauna, and share the customs, help this people with our radio systems, teach the HAM radio, take photos from their fauna and lands and publicity, promote this places around the world. 5) - To establish a friendly and cohabitation with the operators and their families and all the people who envolve become involved in this adventures (pilots, sponsors, friends, manufacturers ....). And looking for a new ideas...." |
